This salad is easy to prepare and brings out the fresh, succulent flavour of Nama tomato, together with the creaminess of buffalo mozzarella. It is perfect as a light starter or as a side dish for a summer meal.

  • 2 Nama tomatoes
  • Fresh mozzarella, diced
  • Fresh basil
  • Black olives (optional)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Arrange the Nama tomato slices and mozzarella on a plate.
  • Sprinkle fresh basil and black olives over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
