Nama, sliced or diced
This salad is easy to prepare and brings out the fresh, succulent flavour of Nama tomato, together with the creaminess of buffalo mozzarella. It is perfect as a light starter or as a side dish for a summer meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Nama tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella, diced
- Fresh basil
- Black olives (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Arrange the Nama tomato slices and mozzarella on a plate.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and black olives over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until serving.
