Club sandwich Nama

Ingredients
- 3 slices of crispy Pancetta
- 6 slices of toasted bread
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of Nama tomatoes
- 2 slices of roasted chicken breast
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, Provolone or your favourite)
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard (optional)
- Butter (for toasting bread)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking time
- Cooking the Pancetta: 5-7 minutes
- Toasting the bread: 2-5 minutes
- Approximate total time: 10-15 minutes

Preparation
- Start by cooking the Pancetta in a frying pan until crispy. Once ready, place it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Toast the bread slices in the toaster or in a frying pan with a little butter until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, prepare the filling. Spread a little mayonnaise on a slice of toasted bread. If you wish, you can also add a little mustard for extra flavour.
- Add a lettuce leaf, a slice of Nama tomato and a slice of roasted chicken breast on the slice of bread with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the chicken and cover with a second slice of toasted bread.
- Add another slice of lettuce, a slice of beef tomato and a slice of crispy Pancetta.
- Place a third slice of toast on top and create a sort of “skewer” with your Club Sandwich, with toothpicks or slices of Pancetta rolled up to hold it firmly in place.
- Cut the sandwich diagonally into two halves before serving.
